Override to Lower Velocity

If the profile velocity of the override command is less than the current velocity of the axis, the axis will decelerate to the velocity of the override command.

The deceleration parameter of the motion profile (dec) is used to decelerate to the profile velocity, and not the acceleration parameter (acc).
