Minimum Velocity

If the Enable Global Min Velocity parameter is set to TRUE, the Global Min Velocity parameter determines the minimum velocity that may be commanded during a motion profile. If the starting velocity or end velocity is smaller than the minimum velocity, it will be increased to be at least equal to the minimum velocity.
